日本近期半導體製造設備出口5成面向中國

日本2024年1月~6月的設備銷售額中,中國大陸佔46%,大幅高於上年同期的25%。佔全球半導體製造份額約5%的中國大陸是購買日本近一半半導體設備的買家。遠遠超過作為「常客」的南韓(銷售額份額為18%)和台灣(同上,12%),形成了設備訂單受中國大陸市場左右的局面。

  

中國製造商購買的設備可能超過了實際需求

      Tokyo Electron的2024年4月~6月的各地區銷售額比例來看,中國大陸佔50%。SCREEN的這一比例為51%,迪思科為32%,愛德萬測試為26%。從海外同行企業的情況來看,最大企業荷蘭阿斯麥(ASML)的中國大陸比例為49%,排名第二的美國應用材料(AMAT)的這一比例為32%。
